Son dakika : İBB TV değişen yeni logosu çalıntı mı!

İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi'nin (İBB) tanıtımları ile Meclis toplantılarının yer aldığı İBB TV'nin logosu değişti. Önceki logoda minare figürleri yer alırken yeni logoda çok renkli duman figürü kullanıldı. Yetkililere göre İBB Meclisi'nde görüşülmeden, 3'te 2 çoğunluğun desteğini almadan değiştirilen logo kaçak yani çalıntı.

Önceki gün gerçekleşen İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi meclis toplantısı, İBB TV aracılığıyla dijital mecralardan yayınlandı. Söz konusu yayında, İBB TV logosunun yerine farklı bir logo yerleştirildiği görüldü. Yeni logoda, ‘minare’ figürünün yerini ‘renkli’ duman figürünün aldığı dikkat çekti.

Söz konusu değişiklik, sosyal medyada tepki topladı. İBB ile özdeşleşen ve uzun yıllardır kullanılan logoya dönülmesi için kampanya başlatıldı.


Öte yandan, Ekrem İmamoğlu’nun Beylikdüzü Belediye Başkanı olduğu dönemde Beylikdüzü Belediyesi AK Parti grubu grup başkanı olan Mücahit Birinci yenisafak.com’a özel açıklamalarda bulundu. Benzer bir logo değişikliğinin hukuksuz bir şekilde Beylikdüzü’nde ortaya konulduğunu belirten Birinci şöyle konuştu:

"Mahkeme kararını tanımadılar"
Beylikdüzü Belediyesi’nin logo”sunun değişikliği için teklif getirdiler. Bunun için meclis nitelikli çoğunluğunun 3’te 2 çoğunluğu gerekiyordu. LBTG renklerini yansıttığı için itirazımız oldu. Ancak direttiler ve meclis tutanağına ‘kabul edildi’ şekilde geçirdiler. CHP üyesi 19, AK Parti 12 üyesi vardı. Ve bu durumda 3’te 2 çoğunluğu bulamıyorlardı aslında. Bu hukuksuzluğun üzerine, konuyu yargıya taşıdık. İdare mahkemesinde şov yaptılar, CHP teşkilatı için otobüsler kaldırıldı. Mahkeme, ‘logonun kaldırılması’ kararını verdi.

"Danıştay'ın kararı ortada ama logo kullanımda"
Tüm bu süreçte kanunsuz logoyu kullanmayı sürdürdüler. Konuyu Danıştay’a taşıdılar. Danıştay da geçtiğimiz günlerde kesin kararını verdi ve hukuksuzluğu tescilledi. Ancak hala kullanmaya devam ediyorlar. Bu renkler konusundaki ısrar nedir? Kanun tanımazlıktaki motivasyon nedir? LGBT renkli kırlangıçtaki ısrar nedendir? Bunu anlamaya çalışıyorum.

"İBB TV başlangıç, hedef tüm logoları değiştirmek"
İBB Meclisi’nde de logo değişikliği için 3’te 2 çoğunluğu gerekiyor. Ve CHP’nin böyle bir çoğunluğu yok. Camili minareli logoyu değiştirmek için İBB TV’den başladı. Nurettin Sözen zamanında dahi değişmemiş bu logoyu her yerde değiştirmenin ilk adımını attı.

"Nabız yokluyor, tepki gelmezse daha ileri gidecek"
Şuan nabız yokluyor. Eğer tepki görmezse bir sonraki adım tüm logoları değiştirmek olacaktır. Burada meclis kararı dahi yok. Valilik konuyla ilgili harekete geçip, kanuna ve hukuka aykırı logoya karşı gerekeni yapmalıdır.

Bu renklere olan sevda nereden geliyor? Beylikdüzü hadi ‘tesadüftü’ diyelim. İBB’de neden yapıyorsun bunu?"
